Shift Manager

Alan Ritchey, Inc is seeking a motivated, team player for a PM Assistant Manager position. This person will report to the Plant Manager, as well as coordinate, supervise, provide leadership, motivation, training and development of our work force. The right person will cultivate a positive work environment while ensuring company policies are followed. The candidate needs to demonstrate time management, communication, planning, team building and administrative skills.

* 3 years of Warehouse Management Experience

* Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Proficient in Excel

* Detailed Orientated

* Understanding of transportation flow

* High School Diploma or GED

* Ability to pass a criminal background check

* Critical Thinking Skills
