The DCS Team will commence this multi-year effort in April/May 2025 and continue through April/May 2030.

We are working to smoothly fill projected positions.

These positions are located at Hanscom AFB, MA and other locations as directed by the Government.

Positions will be assigned to DCS by our prime partner.

  • Aeronautical Engineering Support
  • Networking Engineering Support
  • Test Engineering Support
  • Electrical Engineering Support
  • Systems Engineering Support
  • Software Engineering Support
  • Avionics Engineering Support
  • Test Manager
  • Configuration Management Support
  • Security Specialist Support
  • Cybersecurity Specialist
  • Logistics Specialist Support
  • IT Specialist
  • Quality Assurance Support

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Journeyman level: Has the knowledge, experience and demonstrated ability to perform tasks related to the technical/professional discipline they are performing. Has the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and process related to their area of expertise. Shall also have the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program/project guidelines (Program Office and Staff Level Support interface).

  • Functionally Aligned Minimum Recommended Education and Experience:
    • 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described
      in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
    • OR a BA/BS, 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline
      being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD.

Senior level: Possesses the advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in their technical/professional field, possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and journeyman personnel within the technical/professional discipline. Will demonstrate advanced knowledge of their technical/professional discipline as well as possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices in their area of expertise (Program Office, Enterprise and Staff Level Support interface).

  • Functionally Aligned Minimum Recommended Education and Experience:
    • 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described
      in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, 8 of which must be in the DoD.
    • OR a BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective
      technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
    • OR an Advanced Degree (Master of Arts (MA)/Master of Science (MS)) and 12 years of
      experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5
      years of which must be in the DoD.

Subject Matter Expert (SME): Personnel who has been directly involved with a specific and
focused technical area for over 20 years, has published work or work samples showing that they are
an expert in this field, and has participated in technical presentations/roadshows/conferences as
an expert in their respective field.

An active DoD Top Secret clearance, current within 5 years, on the First Day of employment.

Must be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) access on the First Day of employment.

Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Salary Range: $91,559 - $130,000
