A growing company in the RTP area is recruiting for a Manager, FP&A. This role has a global reach and will provide tremendous visibility within the company. It's an exciting time to join the company as they continue to grow. The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes. This role involves providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership, driving data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the company's outlook is in order. This is a hybrid role, salary to $175K Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts. Work cross functionally with leadership to understand revenue and cost drivers and identify risks and opportunities. Ensure accuracy in forecasting and budgeting by performing variance analysis and adjusting for trends. This includes analyzing impacts on cash flow and financial statements Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reporting to senior management, including variance analysis and performance against key financial metrics (KPIs). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that highlight financial trends, opportunities for growth, and areas of improvement. Financial Analysis and Project Analysis: Take an active role in the analysis and financial support of M&A opportunities Develop financial models to support various strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning processes. Conduct scenario analysis and what-if modeling to assess the impact of different business strategies and external factors. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency. Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, marketing) to provide financial insights that drive business performance. Support business leaders with ad-hoc analysis and financial recommendations for key strategic initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team by providing financial insights to help shape company strategy. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a degree in Finance, Accounting or related field , MBA is a plus 6+ years of experience in a Finance role Experience in a Global Manufacturing environment is ideal Must have reporting experience to include creating KPI Dashboards, Financial Models, and other special requests.
