Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Overall Project, Program and Portfolio management (P3M) services including: maintaining schedules and plans, financial monitoring, decision support, benefit tracking, maintaining risks, actions, issues, and change registers, dependency management, resource management, supporting communication mechanisms and developing documentation.

• Coordinates the production of reports to support governance, by collating, analyzing, evaluating to identify opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations to leadership.

• Maintains libraries, registers, and systems.

• Provides education, training, and first-line support on the agreed P3M procedures, processes, and tools.

• Supports leadership in championing and embedding P3M practices across the organization.

• Assumes the role of service manager for one or more P3M services for the organization.

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Finance, or other field

• 3+ years of related experience in program management or experience in multiple functions working with program management.

• May be required to maintain security clearance
