REPORTING INTO THE CORPORATE, READING PA. OFFICE TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY.

WORK REMOTELY MONDAY AND FRIDAY.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and sales support skills. Reporting directly to the Director of Inside Sales, you will work closely with National Accounts Technical Sales Representatives, authorized dealer networks, and end users to ensure a seamless sales process. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, preparing proposals, processing orders, and providing outstanding customer service while utilizing Salesforce CRM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge & Sales Support:
    • Develop expertise in Motive Power battery and charger products to address technical inquiries from customers.
    • Provide comprehensive support to outside technical sales representatives.
    • Assist with sales strategies and opportunity development.
  • Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:
    • Communicate effectively via phone and email, creating strong rapport with customers.
    • Process domestic and international purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate order processing and provide timely solutions to customer needs.
  • Sales Growth & Lead Generation:
    • Research and identify new business opportunities to develop sales pipelines.
    • Assist in implementing strategic sales approaches to drive revenue.
    • Pass qualified leads to National Account sales team members with all necessary details for follow-up.
    • Conduct cold calling and prospecting to generate new customer relationships.
  • Continuous Learning & Development:
    • Participate in sales training programs and stay updated on industry trends and new products.
    • Adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions to remain competitive.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of inside or outside sales experience.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
    • Fluent in OEM specifications and EnSite software.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement:
    • Ability to manage national accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive long-term customer engagement.
    • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience:
    • Previous experience in inside sales or national accounts sales.
    • Background in material handling, battery technology, or industrial equipment sales.
