  • Lead the experimentation plan required to test new concepts and validate their commercial viability.
  • Define and implement best-in-class commercial measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness of investments and revenue and profit incrementality from business initiatives.
  • Work closely with strategic analytics partners to develop and mature a predictive customer lifetime value model, with a clear plan for commercial applications and validation.
  • Educate and support the wider team in crafting compelling business cases, positioning investments effectively within the company, and measuring growth.
  • Balance short-term revenue-driving opportunities with long-term strategic growth initiatives to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Navigate how we deliver growth across transaction-based and subscription-based business models, pay-to-play and free-to-play content, as well as digital and physical product offerings.
  • Support D2C strategic planning and annual goal-setting processes, to articulate major vectors for growth, initiative maturity, and investment asks.
