PHLEBOTOMIST FT [0287]

A-Team Solutions is seeking (1) Phlebotomist for full time position for the VA clinic in Fort Worth, TX. Day Shift: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4pm.

Job Duties:

Certified Phlebotomist, or a trained phlebotomist with at least six months experience, to support Pathology & Laboratory Medicine internal phlebotomy services, both inpatient and outpatient, as needed.

Requirements:

i. Provide current resume/curriculum vitae material for phlebotomists. Resumes should document current and previous experience in providing phlebotomy services.

ii. Provide a statement of availability

iii. Provide a statement of health

iv. Basic Life Support (BLS) training (American Heart Association)

v. High School Diploma or Equivalent

vi. Phlebotomy experience must fulfill one of the following:

1. Completion of a certified phlebotomy program, or

2. Minimum of 6 months of documented phlebotomy experience, and

b. Provide evidence of professional training and/or certificates - current transcripts and/or certificates of training.

Provide any transcript from an educational institution(s) certifying completion of graduation requirements, continuing education, and/or certifications from State
