THE JOB:

As a Beverage Manager at MGM Grand, you will be responsible for overseeing daily beverage operations on the casino floor. This includes ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff performance, maintaining inventory, and upholding safety and quality standards. You will assist with staff training and contribute to delivering a memorable guest experience while maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee and lead assistant beverage manaers on the casino floor.

• Responsible for monitoring of daily beverage operations, fiscal budgets, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies

• Accountable for par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine and equipment

• Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for the beverage staff.

• Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness in all areas of food and beverage at the pool.

• Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available in outlets

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of previous beverage management experience

• Able to lead and mentor other leaders

• Understanding of F&B operations, budgeting, P&L statements, labor costs, entertainment expenses, and overall operational costs.
