RP is seeking a Leader Planner II to support a federal agency.

Responsibilities:

Full-time Support (Four-Month Period):

• Provide consistent support for a four-month period, contingent upon client workload.

Mitigation Information Session Deployment Planning and Logistics:

• Develop comprehensive plans and manage logistics for mitigation information session deployments.
• Support up to four in-person deployments, each lasting two weeks.

Deployment Support:

• Provide expert facilitation services during deployments.
• Assist with event logistics, including setup and takedown.
• Generate detailed reports on session outcomes and action items.

Outreach Material Development Support:

• Contribute to the development of outreach materials, including:
• Email and social media templates.
• PowerPoint presentations.
• Handouts and flyers.
• Facilitate client meetings.
• Administer post-attendee surveys.

Deliverables:

• Content Development:
• Develop comprehensive talking points and presentation materials.
• Strategic Planning:
• Create detailed outreach plans.
• Documentation:
• Produce accurate and timely meeting minutes.
• Generate comprehensive after-action reports from mitigation information sessions.
• Client Communication:
• Conduct after-action meetings with the client following facilitation sessions
