Security Professional - Commercial Patrol

As a Security Professional - Commercial Patrol in Santa Clara, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Officer in the commercial real estate sector, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and communication. This role requires agility, reliability, and innovation, aligning with our values of teamwork and integrity. The position is unarmed, focusing on visibility and interaction to support a caring culture that prioritizes people. Your duties will include routine patrols and being a visible presence to assist in maintaining order and addressing any concerns that arise.

Pay Rate: $24.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least 2 years of security experience.
• CA Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Possession of a Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
