*Job Description*
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician with experience in servicing, troubleshooting, programming, and testing enterprise security systems. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of access control, IP cameras, intrusion, and visitor management systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and programming networked IP video and access control systems, servicing commercial alarm systems, and IoT systems. The Service Technician will work both onsite and remotely, depending on the repair or task at hand. Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients are essential. *Key Responsibilities:* * Service, troubleshoot, program, and test enterprise security systems. * Maintain and repair access control systems, IP cameras, intrusion systems, and visitor management systems. * Troubleshoot and program networked IP video and access control systems. * Service commercial alarm systems and IoT systems. * Work onsite or remotely to address repairs and tasks. * Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with clients. *Qualifications:* * Experience in servicing, troubleshooting, programming, and testing enterprise security systems. * Knowledge of access control, IP cameras, intrusion, and visitor management systems. * Ability to troubleshoot and program networked IP video and access control systems. * Experience with commercial alarm systems and IoT systems. * Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
