*What you will do:* * Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients * Individuals must achieve monthly call quality performance * Educate clients on products and services * Responsible for utilizing multiple customer databases * Provide technical assistance as required * Work as part of a team * Work with onsite equipment *Skills* * Banking customer service * Computer skills * Administrative skills * Experience using CRM software * Call center experience * Customer support * Troubleshooting * Active listening * Account management *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
