* *Job Title:* Associate Human Resources Specialist * *Location:* Deerfield, Illinois or Tampa, Florida (Hybrid) * *Pay Rate:* $24.00 - $25.00 per hour * *Shift:* 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, supporting the West Coast * *Contract Length:* 13 weeks * *Type:* Contract *Key Responsibilities* * Handle confidential information across all staff levels. * Provide customer service support through phone, email, and self-service cases. * Triage inquiries within the HR Case Management system. * Support navigational inquiries regarding Workday, payroll, and other HR topics. * Encourage a positive work environment that fosters team performance. *Position Highlights* * Exposure to all HR teams within a leading global biotechnology company. * Strong likelihood of contract extension. * Hybrid work schedule with significant remote work components. *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Bilingual in English and Spanish. * Experience in a call center or customer service setting. * Familiarity with HR practices and HR tools like Workday. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
