- Outbound calls to suppliers and emails - Gather information from suppliers, basic logistics information like, country origin, lead times, min order quantity, part numbers, suppliers part numbers, box quantity, - Use a script to reach out to each - List of customers will be provided KPIs Complete 3-5 customers a day (this is what good looks like) *Skills & Qualifications* Must Haves: - Customer Service Skills - Outbound phone experience - Microsoft Excel Soft Skills: - Proactive - Easy to work with and collaborative - Not afraid to ask questions *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
