As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our products. You will lead product initiatives, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and champion the needs of our clients. This role will also act as a consultant to existing customers to ensure they are using the solution(s) to realize business value. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our products, contribute to strategic decision-making, working face-to-face with new and existing clients, and make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Product Strategy: Define and drive the strategic vision for provider data management products, aligned with business goals and client needs
  • Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on user research, market analysis, and business objectives
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, communicating priorities and timelines to stakeholders
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet user needs
  • User Experience Focus: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify cutting-edge technologies that propel our products ahead of the competition and present opportunities for product differentiation

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in product management and product consulting services, with a focus on provider data management solutions
  • Experience with tools and programming languages such as (C or C#, SQL, JavaScript, Python)
  • Knowledge of healthcare data and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching new products
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with agile product development methodologies
  • Ability to travel up to 10%



Preferred Qualifications:



  • MBA
  • Demonstrated familiarity with cloud-based data platforms
  • Knowledge of machine learning and/or utilizing artificial intelligence techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
