SPA's Joint Defense Support Group provides aviation-focused analysis and program management for life-cycle systems engineering and logistics support, rapid capabilities development and fielding, cyber warfare operations, nuclear C3, and integrated air and missile defense planning. We provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readiness. SPA has a near term need for a Business Program/Management Analyst located at Ft. Belvoir, VA Responsibilities Candidate will serve as a business program/management analyst assisting in the planning, developing, coordinating, defending and executing all aspects of PEO Soldier's program funding. They will provide technical knowledge of appropriation law, resource allocation and financial execution under the processes of DoD Acquisition and sustainment and assist with preparing budget estimate input for compliance with policy, rules, regulations, and procedures prescribed and provided by higher headquarters. Candidate will assist with developing program plans and controls for future or new programs, to include the phased milestone schedules from development/purchase through fielding and the preparation, presentation, and defense of budget submissions. They will assist in preparing manpower data requirements, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) builds, supporting Annual Program Resource Validation (APRV) development, Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR) reviewing program acquisition documents for appropriate data content and consistency. Candidate will assist with funding execution actions by using enterprise resource planning tools (GFEBS, LMP, etc.) to create purchase requests/requisitions. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
BS degree with 5+ years program analyst experience
