Responsibilities
Your days in this role may consist of the following:
Responsible for the rollout of solutions including enhancements, projects, and new application delivery utilizing best practices and standards.
- Participates in the design, build, and delivery of a global HCM system with integrations into existing systems as required.
- Develops information systems that may involve the integration of multiple platforms, vendor products, and technologies and coordinates the resolution of vendor-related data issues.
- Partners with internal HR team and other various U.S. company departments to ensure all systems for regulatory reporting are designed and implemented according to Federal, state, and local legislation, as well as benefits, plan compliance.
- Assess HR and business need to identify opportunities for automation and partner with the HR team to assist in the design and configuration of efficient and scalable end-to-end processes, drive efficiency and manage data.
- Partners with HR Systems Manager to Implement HR technology solutions which may include building interfaces, system enhancements, and/or integration projects utilizing best practices and standards.
- Lead project planning, execution, and maintenance related to major upgrades and system implementations.
- Plan and execute testing of new system features and upgrades and evaluate the implementation prior to production release.
- Creates, tests, and manages data interfaces with other vendor applications and file feeds.
- Support the development of or prepare post-production support documentation and/or training materials. May deliver training.
- Partners with HR Systems Manager to Develop and execute a strategy for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within HR systems and interfaces.
- Develops and maintains HR and executive dashboard metrics, management reports, scheduled reports, and other Ad-Hoc reporting to empower leaders to make informed business decision relating to workforce management, compliance, and other company initiatives.
- Review and document business processes and functionality, including workflows that meet FCF and other audit requirements.
- Resolves complex technical problems and engages additional functional resources as necessary.
- Build data auditing tools that ensure the integrity of information. Performs regular audits to validate that all data is current, complete, and accurate.
- Responsible for day-to-day, ongoing maintenance and process tasks within the system which may include import loads, accrual adjustments, creating new locations, roles, companies, etc.
- Engages with HRIS systems communities to understand system capabilities and recommend solutions to address business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated applicable work experience
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive HRIS experience (preferably with Ceridian's Dayforce product) implementing systems upgrades, integrations, and creating dashboards
- Experience working in a highly regulated fast-paced environment balancing between agility, performance, and customer-centric
- HRIS implementation experience would be incredibly beneficial
- Tableau and/or Power BI working knowledge would be a plus
- Highly collaborative and communicative with experience working within cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to engage with a variety of business leaders and interpret business needs into solid business/technology requirements. Strong statistical, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform diagnostic, identify problems and provide solutions
- Exceptional customer service skills, focus, and commitment
- Ability to prioritize work under time constraints in order to meet project deadlines
- Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic environment developing or implementing technology-related process improvements and initiatives using agile methodology
- Strong SME in HR processes and procedures
- Working experience in a Global organization would be a plus
What's in it for you? The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $104,300 - $143,450 annually. This will be a hybrid role with 3 days in office. The total compensation package for this position may include other elements, such as a sign-on bonus, long term incentives, and annual bonuses. This role is eligible to participate in the Legal & General America Annual Incentive Plan. The current target payment for the position is 20% of base salary, modified for corporate and individual performance. Bonuses are pro-rated based on start date. This role has 20 vacation days and 10 sick days that are accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Employees also have 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
