*Candidates must have gone through an implementation with Epic Cheers* *Must have experience with either call center or campaigns within Epic Cheers* *Description* Position Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Epic Cheers Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, testing, and launching Cheers Campaigns aimed at addressing care gaps and increasing patient engagement. This role requires close collaboration with the Patient Access and Patient Experience teams to ensure the successful implementation and monitoring of these campaigns. Go-live date: November 2025 Key Responsibilities: Build and Configure Cheers Campaigns: Work closely with Patient Access and Patient Experience teams to design and build Cheers Campaigns for pre-determined patient populations. Workflow Configuration: Configure workflows according to campaign requirements to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Testing and Launch: Conduct thorough testing of Cheers Campaigns to ensure they meet all requirements and function as intended before launching. Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of launched campaigns, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation of campaign configurations and workflows. Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT and clinical teams to ensure the successful integration of Cheers Campaigns with other systems and processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Epic systems, specifically in building and launching Cheers Campaigns. Certification: Epic Cheers Certification required. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
