Position Summary:

In the Senior Total Rewards Associate position, you'll play a pivotal role in administering Direct Supply's compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and engage our Partners. You'll be responsible for benefits administration, compensation support, and compliance reporting while serving as a trusted resource for Partners, leaders, and HR team members. Your work will ensure our pay and benefits programs remain competitive and compliant while enhancing the Partner experience - leveraging technology and AI.

  • Leverages AI & Business Insight - Uses AI and data-driven insights to enhance compensation and benefits strategies. Identifies opportunities to leverage AI and Technology to significantly streamline workflows, improve compliance reporting, and optimize Partner experiences.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage compliance reporting effectively.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.

What You'll Do And Impact:

  • Administer our benefits and compensation programs, including open enrollment, salary benchmarking, and annual pay processes (merit and bonus) and programs.

  • Ensure compliance by managing all regulatory reporting (e.g., 5500 filings, ACA compliance, CMS filings) and coordinating with carriers and legal teams on ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and IRS regulations.

  • Monitor legislative changes and proactively adjust programs to maintain compliance.

  • Advise HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and leaders on competitive pay practices to support recruitment and retention.

  • Conduct compensation analysis, including market benchmarking, audits, and ad-hoc reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute total rewards programs seamlessly.

  • Analyze data and present business cases for new compensation and benefits initiatives.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on policies and Partner inquiries.

  • Research and present business cases for new compensation and benefits offerings to leadership.

  • Partner with HR Technology to enhance real-time dashboards, using AI-driven analytics to surface key trends, optimize decisions, and drive workforce strategy.

  • Identify, design, and implement process automation solutions to streamline HR operations. Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Serve as abackup to HR Operations on Total Rewards related items.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of benefits administration, compensation support, and compliance/risk management.

  • Strong working knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA, IRS regulations, and other Total Rewards compliance areas.

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics to inform decision-making.

  • Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization, from frontline Partners to senior leadership.

  • Proficiency in AI-driven HR tech, data analysis, and change management will be essential. Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms.

Additional Items of Interest:

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, or CEBS certification.

  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or a high-growth environment is beneficial.

  • Benefit administration experience in Workday.

  • Experience working with MarketPay or similar benchmarking platforms.

  • Background in designing compensation and benefits programs for a technical workforce.
