Manager Integrated Strategy

Description

The Manager, Integrated Strategy is part of the Communications business unit and sits within the strategy center of excellence (Central Strategy). You will have the opportunity to provide strategic insights, strategy support, and subject matter expertise across different brands within the entire roster of Communications agencies (advertising, PR, branding, medical communications). The Central Strategy team is composed of team members that are geographically dispersed and, as such, this role can be based anywhere and will be full-time remote.

JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a dynamic strategist who can fuse data insights, behavioral science, and powerful storytelling to power new business pitches, energize client engagements, and create category-defying solutions. You'll drive revenue by uncovering healthcare audience motivations, crafting cutting-edge brand strategies, and leveraging emerging trends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

PRIMARY

• Workshop Facilitation: Plan and lead sessions that spark fresh ideas, co-create solutions with clients, and uncover revenue-generating opportunities.
• Healthcare Audience Insights: Apply deep knowledge of professional and consumer healthcare behaviors to refine strategies and deliver meaningful results.
• Brand Strategy Development: Lead or collaborate to define brand and experience strategies rooted in data, AI, and behavioral science. This includes shaping the brief, influencing creative campaigns, driving messaging strategy, and more.

SECONDARY

• Trend Spotting & Ideation: Monitor emerging trends-in and beyond healthcare-and push "what's next" thinking to keep strategies fresh and differentiated.
• New Business: Shape and present strategic narratives for pitches and client proposals, integrating data, behavioral insights, and predictive storytelling, our unique capability to shape future behavior.
• Product Innovation: Identify and refine new predictive storytelling solutions (including AI-driven automation tools) to streamline landscape assessments and discover growth avenues.

YOU BRING:

• 5 years of industry experience with progressive levels of responsibility
• Proven success combining data strategy, behavioral science, and storytelling to craft transformative solutions.
• Experience developing strategy for new business endeavors with an emphasis on inventive ideas.
• Familiarity with different parts of the strategy spectrum (brand positioning, predictive analytics, customer experience, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, turning complex concepts into compelling narratives.
• Competence with AI platforms and data strategies to automate and enhance strategic outputs.
• Drive for innovation, growth, and thought leadership in the realm of healthcare and beyond.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
