Example Weekly Earnings: * $20 per hour for ST X 40 hours = $800 * $30 per hour for OT X 20 hours = $600 * $125 in per diem X 7 days = $875 * Total: $2,275 per week Key Responsibilities: * Install and troubleshoot IP cameras and network devices. * Perform Cat6e cabling, including installation, termination, and testing. * Travel nationwide, working overnight shifts and long hours. * Represent TEKsystems professionally at store locations. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Experience with IP cameras and Verkada cameras. * Proven experience with Cat6 cabling. * Must have own tools and safety gear (no exceptions). Work Environment: * Physical work in commercial settings. * Operation of scissor lifts for installations and repairs. Required Tools: * Snips (Electrician's Scissors) * 10 in 1 screwdriver or screwdriver set * Cordless Drill Gun * Punch down tool * RJ45 crimper * Cable toner * Socket wrenches * Pliers (needle nose, wire, tongue & groove) * Hardhat * Safety Glasses * Steel-toe Boots Recommended Tools: * Side cutters * Flush cutters * Carbide drill bits * Hammer Compliance Requirements: * 7-year Criminal Background Check (no sexual, assault, drug, or theft-related felonies or misdemeanors). * 4 Panel Drug Test (no THC). * Motor Vehicle Report (no DUI within the last 2 years, active driver's license). * Must be at least 21 years of age.
