*Description*
The Sales Associate plays a critical role in driving the sales of integrated technology solutions by identifying client needs, designing tailored solutions, and managing the sales process from initial consultation to post-installation follow-up. This position is essential in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through collaboration with the internal team. Exceptional customer service is paramount in delivering the high-quality experience that we aim to provide. *Skills* Cabling, CCTV, access control, AV, A/V, Audio Visual *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the AV technology industry. *Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. *Strong understanding of AV technologies and solutions. *Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *For Naples, FL: Experience in residential AV technologies is imperative. *For Fort Wayne, IN: Experience in either commercial or residential AV technologies is acceptable. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
