*Description*
Our client is Approaching busy season for their team - increased volume as it relates to support tickets. Systems and processes they support are primarily focused on talent and performance work. For the Feedback system, use Work Day for a lot of processes, system responsible for supporting end users with. Primarily for this role, they will be trying to cover capacity shortages - in terms of the work, majority of these roles are performing ticket support. Any prior experience working in any sort of ticketing system would be really beneficial - also providing customer service to business end users. Use Microsoft suite for email / docs / spreadsheets - familiarity with Microsoft helpful. This person will be on The People Technology teams - HRIS - any background with an HRIS type role will be helpful. Because the ramp up time is short - a quick learner, really able to take initiative, want to learn. in the Month of march - their team had almost 300 tickets. April - 350 tickets spread across the team. Types of tickets: access requests / system access, unable to find certain individuals within a system, this system requires WBS codes / hours - this is the tool they will primarily spend most of their time supporting, and is the tool they use for FDback - controls staff Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firmwide vales and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firmwide success in the marketplace. Human Resources supports our people in reaching their full market value, which then sets our client apart as the distinctive Firm. Member of the People Technology Team. Partners with functional and stakeholder groups to support Talent & Performance systems and processes. Partners with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system related issues. Requires at least 2 years of functional expertise and knowledge of a similar size and complexity such as our client people Technology Team and human capital system capabilities and requirements. Prior experience with ticketing systems and customer service required. Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work independently as well as with a team required.
