Based out of Washington, a Not-for-Profit financial company providing a variety of financial services is interested in hiring *Bilingual Customer Service Representatives* to their team onsite in Tri-Cities, WA! These opportunities are long term positions, fully onsite, and are looking for candidates bilingual in English and Spanish!
*Description* * Provides outstanding service to promote deep and lasting member relationships. * Answers general inquiries and performs account maintenance via phone or email channels. * Meets/exceeds key critical metrics. * Researches and resolves problems under the mentorship of the MCC Supervisor or MCCR Lead with a sense of urgency. * Takes ownership of member concerns, sets the expectations, and provides timely follow-up/resolution. * Performs other duties as assigned. *Skills & Qualifications* * 1+ year experience in customer service * 1+ year experience in call center *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
