Provide Claims Management with data and reports to drive improvements in customer service, claims quality, inventory management, staff management, and performance management. Responsible for data preparation, cleansing, extraction of datasets from Guidewire to facilitate daily, monthly, weekly reports and dashboards and building of tools for operational improvement. Additionally, the individual will lead aspects of Claims Management Systems, including Guidewire ClaimCenter, working closely with Claims leadership to optimize claims outcomes by effectively leveraging ClaimCenter's capabilities.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in database development, including SQL programming and data management
  • 2+ years of experience specifically working with Guidewire ClaimCenter or similar Guidewire products
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Excel) and data visualization
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry with a focus on process and systems
  • Ability to work independently, engage in multiple assignments/activities simultaneously
