Sr. Project Engineer - Custom Studio 431

Currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our highly collaborative, fast paced Studio 431 Customs team. How You Contribute:

• Successfully engineer structural and mechanical aspects of custom products, including research and safety analysis.
• Integrate issues of design, function, materials, durability, manufacturing processes, and safety with cost-effective solutions.
• Develop accurate and complete engineering and materials documentation.
• Assist with performance criteria and the testing and validation of proposed solutions.
• Facilitate technical design reviews with internal and external project teams.
• Work within established timelines and budgets.
• Work closely with production floor to ensure project success.

Criteria for Success:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, plus 5+ years related experience is preferred.
• Must be proficient in SolidWorks, Microsoft office, blueprint reading, and project management.
• Experience in metal fabrication, cellular manufacturing, and the properties of material used in site furniture such as steel, aluminum, and wood.
• Display a history of servant leadership with an emphasis on achievements, problem solving and providing great service.
• Desire to learn and innovate and be willing to accept responsibility.
• Must be able to work as a member of a team, use common sense and build a network of relationships with a positive attitude.
