Position Summary
The Sales Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing inbound and outbound sales efforts, ensuring market penetration, and driving revenue growth. This role will manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives, providing guidance, strategy, and support to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals. The Sales Lead will also contribute directly to sales efforts while managing overall team performance and execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Oversee and manage inbound and outbound sales efforts to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize penetration in the LoadPay segment.
Identify opportunities to optimize the sales process, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Set clear performance goals, track progress, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture focused on continuous improvement.
Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies in the LoadPay segment.
Establish and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
Revenue Maximization & Growth
Ensure the team is effectively prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals to scale revenue efficiently.
Educate customers on service offerings to maximize satisfaction and long-term value.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.?

The successful candidate will possess business operations experience and skills, telephone sales process expertise, analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following:
Skills & Abilities Required
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in inside sales environments.
Strong ability to develop sales strategies, manage teams, and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies is preferred.
