Our ranges are developed and published as good faith estimates for the position.*** Starting Salary Range: $89,000 - $102,000 + Office Benefit Package for on-call: $80/Month subject to change RADIAS Health is seeking a Treatment Director to deliver professional, high-quality program services to clients at our ReEntry House Crisis Stabilization facility in Minneapolis. This program offers residential crisis services as an alternative to more restrictive settings like inpatient hospitalization. We provide mental health services to 16 clients, with stays ranging from 3 to 10 days. Our services include crisis assessment, medication adherence support, connection to community resources, and strategies to enhance coping with symptoms and stressors. As the Treatment Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated team and shaping the delivery of top-notch therapeutic services for our clients. Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Clinical Services, the Treatment Director is responsible for both administrative and clinical supervisory tasks. This includes identifying, developing, implementing, and evaluating program policies and procedures in accordance with state, federal, and administrative codes, as well as professional practice standards. The role allows for independent judgment, with actions reviewed by the supervisor through conferences, reports, and observation of results. Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm **This position works fully onsite at the Crisis Stabilization facility located at 1800 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis** Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of the facility's programming.
- Develops treatment-related policies and procedures.
- Reviews all diagnostic assessments.
- Responsible for overall treatment programming including groups, activities and treatment planning.
- Investigate and report suspected incidents of abuse and neglect.
- Assigns duties to Mental Health Therapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Mental Health Rehabilitation workers, and Certified Peer Specialists.
- Supervision of all staff, including performance evaluations, growth and development plans, discipline and recommendations for salary adjustments.
- Provide consultation and training to all program staff regarding implementation of structure and systems pertaining to the program.
- Attend appropriate community provider meetings.
- Accountable for DHS, MA, Department of Health and/or County inspections of program.
- Responsible for meeting MDH requirements as a SLF Class A facility.
- Responsible for all compliance issues and reporting requirements under MS 253B for clients committed to the program.
- Provides a staffing pattern to insure 24-hour supervision and adequate program staff coverage during regular program hours.
- Responsible for keeping on-going performance documentation for all direct reports.
- Develop and ensure completion and compliance of all mandated training. Identify and/or conduct any necessary individual training for direct reports.
- Ensures that in-service training needs of mental health staff are met and maintains records of in-service training sessions provided.
- Hiring of all positions in concert with Human Resources.
- Attend relevant meetings, conferences, and training sessions outside facility.
- Responsible for review and resolution of resident and employee grievances.
- Insures that program evaluations are completed in a timely fashion.
- Upon successful completion of required medication test, administer medications.
- On-call rotation for mental health crises and other emergencies including last minute shift coverage.
- During scheduled rotation, with support from the Business Coordinator, secure coverage for any missed shifts, planned or unplanned, using all available agency resources. This may include on-site coverage for client care and per DHS requirements if no other coverage is secured.
Requirements
- Master's degree in the behavioral health sciences or related field
- 4,000 hours of experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illness
- 2,000 hours of training or experience in administration or supervision
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC)
- Must have car, auto insurance, and valid driver's license
