The Process Engineer will be responsible for transcription of Manufacturing Processes, for VPE Trucks & Vans Platforms for Body in White (BIW), Stamping Sub-Assemblies & General Assembly (Trim, Chassis, Engine Dress Line, Final Line), Areas including:
- Process Sheets - Process Graphics, Process Description, Parts, Weld Schedule, Carlines, Tools, Profile, Process and Materials Standards & Notes including Attachments.
- PFMEAs' Support.
- Manufacturing Simultaneous Engineering/Concurrent Engineering Studies.
- Process Feasibility Studies.
Using tools such as:
- NX,
- TeamCenter,
- Microsoft Office (Not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
- Stellantis base Automated Manufacturing Planning Systems, (AMPS).
- Stellantis base Web Engineering Bill Of Materials, (Web E-bom).
- Stellantis base BeSTandards.
- Stellantis base Rumba (Not limited to: Odcics2, Odims, etc.)
- Suppliers' Hardcopies and Electronic Catalogs/Brochures.
Develop Preliminary Process Sheets in PowerPoint using information from NX, TeamCenter, Visio, and/or other standard image format. Manage the usage and understanding of Product Engineering files in TeamCenter and Rumba. Handle Product GD&T requirements understanding the PLP's definition, welding files, (studies, matrixes and process & materials standards). Manage the daily product change notes (CN's) as well as the Process & Materials Standards Change Notifications.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/Science field preferred)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with a variety of people at all levels within the organization
- Experience in NX, Teamcenter, AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
