The Opportunity

Content Analytics, powered by Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), is the single experience to understand content (asset) and experience performance on any channel in the context of the broader customer journey. Designed for marketers and content owners-users of other digital marketing tools-who want to understand what's working and why.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Generative AI strategic initiatives in Content Analytics. Our goal is to help enterprises accelerate their digital transformation by providing unparalleled Generative AI tools in the space of insight identification, storytelling, predictive AI and recommendations.

What you'll do

  • Own the planning and execution of strategic product initiatives, from
    concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market
    trends
  • Partner with leadership to define a comprehensive product roadmap vision while driving the roadmap definition and prioritizations
  • Engage with users to develop a strong point of view on the problems and translate them into clear prioritized opportunities for the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft and develop end-to-end experiences that showcase the solutions we validate with users and apply for development
  • Document detailed requirements, including functional specifications, required analytics, and workflows for the engineering team
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate success, using data to identify new opportunities
  • Effectively navigate organizational complexity, demonstrate the ability to influence senior leaders and key stakeholders, driving alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, new technologies, and standard methodologies, and use that knowledge to improve the product and experiences we construct

What you will need to succeed

  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience building marketing analytics, experience analytics or product analytics tools
  • Prior experience in AI/ML or generative AI space with building products
  • MBA or master's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience developing enterprise-level software-as-a-service
  • Ability to identify customer opportunities, validate a hypothesis, and
    grow features from inception to market scalability
  • A passion for constant optimization and improvement, combined with a
    steady focus on customer experience
  • Proven success influencing peers across cross-functional teams in a
    high matrixed and global organization environment
  • Strong analytical abilities to synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to cross functional collaborators.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
