Do you enjoy the Wisconsin outdoors? Do you like winter sports but never have the time? If you answered yes, we are the company for you! We offer an awesome dayshift opportunity that will give you off Thursday afternoon through Sunday every single week from November through May to enjoy the things that make Wisconsin Great! Then we ramp up to 5 twelve hour days with two days off per week during our production season.

Here at Lakeside Foods, our maintenance technician team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while maintaining the facility. Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected "Jack of All Trades" team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes. We have a great team and a great team atmosphere. If you are a creative problem-solver who perseveres through challenging equipment repairs, or is willing to learn, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Do:

• Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery and conveyers
• Assist production staff to produce high quality vegetables by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

What You'll Bring:

• Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred,willing to provide on the job training
• Valid driver's license is required
• Ability to work 1st shift from mid-November through June with weekends off, and 2nd Shift from May through November
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Safety mindset
