GENERAL FUNCTION

The Senior Specialist - User Experience will report to the Director of User Experience and play a critical role in improving site performance and the customer journey. This position focuses on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by driving A/B testing initiatives, monitoring website KPIs, and providing actionable insights to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and oversight of third-party tools and vendors to implement and evaluate optimization efforts effectively.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize key metrics, including conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session replays to monitor website performance and user behavior.
  • Track and report on the impact of new features and UX changes, delivering clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a CRO roadmap, prioritizing and managing testing opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover opportunities for improving the user experience and supporting business goals.
  • Collaborate with teams like Marketing, SEO, Product, and IT to align UX recommendations with broader business strategies.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and platforms related to A/B testing, analytics, and CRO tools to ensure smooth operations.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in CRO, UX research, or user behavior analytics roles.
  • Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and heatmapping tools.
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe XD) and a working knowledge of design thinking principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • A portfolio showcasing experience in CRO, A/B testing, UX research, or website optimization projects is a plus.

Pay Range: 94,058.40-133,822.40

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
