Description
The I & E Technician modifies, repairs, or overhauls electronics and electrical equipment and controls. Applies knowledge of electronics principals in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to full operational state.

  • Reports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents, incidents and near misses promptly

  • Takes responsibility and ownership for own learning and development in the spirit of continuous improvement of both self and the business
  • Assists in the training, mentoring, and assessment of other team members
  • Exercises autonomy and judgement subject to overall direction or guidance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • A minimum of a high School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Five (5) years process instrumentation/electrical maintenance experience in industry ORTwo (2) years maintenance experience in industry andAssociates Degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Technology
  • Must be proficient in troubleshooting using loop drawing, schematics, ladder logic, electrical one-line, and P&I drawings.
