Developing data enriched 3D models to be used throughout the project life cycle utilizing Rhino/Grasshopper software

Drive digital innovation within the department and be responsible for incorporating new tools and conducting training. Collaborate with multiple internal teams throughout a project life cycle to see a project to its end. Create parametric models on a daily basis to drive efficiency of bids.

POSITION SUMMARY

Your top priority is to implement and execute parametric estimating for projects utilizing Rhino technology and creating Grasshopper programing templates.

  • Build and maintain 3D models for all preconstruction project pursuits and awards utilizing Rhino.
  • Write custom scripts and maintain up-to-date internal templates.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and manufacturing on specific 3D model requirements for bidding projects.

EXPERIENCE

What you need to be successful

  • Minimum of 2-year degree in Engineering Technology or similar field required
  • 5 years of related work experience
  • Experience with Dynamo/Revit and Rhino/Grasshopper
  • AEC or relevant construction industry experience is required, building envelope experience is preferred

Salary Range: $60,000/yr.-$80,000/yr.
