Job Description

Scope:

Reporting to VP, Product Management, the Product Manager, Channel Development will focus on AIP's rapidly growing B2B2C business segments.

This role drives improvements that enable the distribution of identity theft protection products in the B2B2C space. They are responsible for developing and optimizing distribution strategies that enable businesses (partners, financial institutions, employers, etc.) to seamlessly offer identity protection solutions to their customers or employees. They work cross-functionally with partnerships, sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure the success of our distribution channels.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop capabilities that complement AIP's distribution strategies to expand identity theft protection offerings through B2B2C partnerships.

  • Identify and prioritize integration opportunities with partners such as employee benefit admin platforms, banks, insurance companies, employers, and affinity groups.

  • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define strategies that result in seamless and rapid partner integrations.

  • Work closely with sales and partnerships teams to align product capabilities with market demand and partner needs.

  • Define and track key success metrics, including adoption, conversion rates, and revenue growth from distribution partners.

  • Establish the path to a smooth onboarding experience for partners, optimizing processes to reduce friction and accelerate time to market.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting identity protection and B2B2C distribution models.

  • Act as a voice of the customer to inform product enhancements and roadmap decisions.

Required education, qualifications, experiences and skills:

  • Minimum High School Diploma

  • 3-7 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, cybersecurity, Insurtech, or a related field.

  • Experience working in B2B2C distribution models, partnerships, or embedded finance/insurance, and proven track record in product management /product marketing from strategic planning and B2B2C strategy development through tactical execution

  • Experience with SaaS platforms, or white-label solutions for partner integrations.

  • Understanding of APIs, web development concepts, and integration processes (no coding required, but ability to work with developers effectively is a plus).

  • Has led 2-3 initiatives from concept to launch with meaningful business impact

  • Systems thinker, with the ability to abstract and identify patterns from complex use cases

  • Technical fluency, with comfortability in understanding and discussing technical concepts and tradeoffs with engineers

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where problem-solving is key.

  • Strong ability to assume a 'player/coach' role and leverage a high degree of self-awareness, empathy, and willingness to learn from all directions and people.

  • Ability to continuously learn, adapt and optimize approaches based on new direction, insights, and learnings.

  • Familiarity with writing business cases and lean business canvases that clearly outline ROI.

  • Expertise in managing time effectively and juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Deep understanding of the technology, processes, and tools that enable the design and production of products to include clearly defined outcomes and key results.

Preferred education, qualifications, experiences, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, product design or similar

  • Strong understanding of identity protection, fraud prevention, or cybersecurity

  • Experience in voluntary employee benefits

Annual Performance Bonus: up to 20% of base salary

Skills CompensationCompensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - 152,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location

Physical Demands: We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings and office collaboration tools. Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary. Employees must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
