Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Restaurant General Manager | Crenshaw's for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

The Restaurant General Manager oversees aspects of the food and beverage operations within the resort outlet and providing assistance to the Director of Restaurants. The role is pivotal in ensuring the highest level of associate engagement and guest satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency and achieving financial objectives.



Responsibilities

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
  • Manage and improve all processes to improve guest satisfaction to achieve best in class results with Medallia Feedback, Social Media Feedback, Coyle Shops, and Forbes shops.
  • Train and mentor F&B staff to consistently achieve four-star service standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Hold one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with appropriate accountability.
  • Develop talent and create consistency in our service delivery.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance service quality. To include POE, MOS and Forbes trainings.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve service standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regular guests and VIPs.
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all grooming standards and service basics are in compliance at all times.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management or GM equivalent role.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Experience working in multi-unit resorts and high-volume establishment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with F&B management software.
  • Required TABC and Food Handlers certificate
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy to moderate objects as necessary.
  • The role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
