Position Overview:
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with partners to drive revenue growth and enhance partner relationships.
This person will be measured on their ability to drive new partner marketing campaigns and sourced pipeline and increase measurable engagement with their partners. This role will own, develop, and execute marketing plans, client mapping exercises, and partner services alignment supporting Zones US sales strategy. This position is critical in shaping strategic marketing plans, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving sales growth through new campaigns and promotional initiatives. This role will balance both sales strategy and execution and will closely align with the goals and objectives of the partner team, as well as the overall US sales and marketing organization.

  • Work with partner counterparts to create integrated marketing plans to achieve partner marketing sourced pipeline goals with a set of channel partnerships
  • Activate and amplify Zones sales plays and corporate campaigns with national partners to drive brand awareness and new pipeline creation
  • Maintain a balanced plan of Zones-driven and partner-driven marketing programs
  • Win the hearts and minds of strategically essential contacts within your focus partners by building impactful marketing programs and campaigns
  • Build relationships at every level by acting as the single marketing point of contact and marketing subject matter expert for your partners
  • Work closely with all applicable internal teams and stakeholders to orchestrate all national partner marketing activities
  • Maintain effective oversight and accountability of partner development funds to ensure program effectiveness and return on investment through methodical tracking and measurement
  • Report on program results and campaign effectiveness regularly to internal and external stakeholders
  • An understanding of channel marketing and hands-on expertise in demand generation and client marketing execution
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and end-to-end programs that will fulfill strategic goals
  • Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally when required
What you will bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience required
  • 5+ years experience in a Partner facing role at a B2B technology company
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including resellers, distributors, and service providers
  • Ability to create compelling and clear marketing materials, including decks and messaging frameworks.
  • Ability to build robust, integrated campaigns that market to Partners
  • Strong communication and analytical skills: ability to evangelize strategic plans, make smart investments, analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Program management experience, including the development and management of program scope, budget, deliverables, timelines, etc. for multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to present ideas in a simple, straightforward manner.
  • Experience using CRM (D365), Wrike, and marketing automation systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
