Overview

LMI is seeking a Brand Channels Marketer to support and enhance our digital presence across owned channels, including the website and social media platforms. This role will work under the Media & Brand Channels Manager, collaborating with marketing teammates and stakeholders across the business to ensure that LMI's brand is consistently and effectively represented in digital spaces.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with expertise in digital content management, social media, and brand storytelling. They should have a strong ability to craft compelling content, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimize digital platforms to maximize engagement and visibility.



Responsibilities

Digital Channel Management

    Website Content Management

    • Maintain and update LMI's website to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to enhance user experience and optimize site navigation.
    • Ensure SEO best practices are followed to improve search rankings and visibility.
  • Social Media Oversight

    • Plan, manage, and schedule content for LMI's social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
    • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages when appropriate, and escalate issues as needed.
    • Work with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and multimedia assets.
Content Development & Brand Consistency
  • Write and edit engaging content for digital channels, ensuring a clear, consistent, and compelling brand voice.
  • Align website and social media content with larger marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business units and leadership, to develop messaging that resonates with LMI's audiences.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Partner with internal team mates and SMEs to gather insights and shape content strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and marketing to ensure LMI's brand is effectively represented in external-facing digital channels.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to internal teams on social media engagement and content development.
Digital Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze website and social media performance metrics to inform content strategy and engagement tactics.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, HubSpot) to track user behavior and refine digital strategies.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital content management, communications, or a related field.
  • Clear and consistent writing ability, with a strong grasp of storytelling for digital platforms.
  • Experience managing digital channels, including website CMS platforms and social media scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, audience-oriented content.
  • Comfortable with stakeholder management, working collaboratively across teams to align messaging and priorities.
  • Familiarity with the GovCon market and marketing to federal audiences.
  • Experience with UI/UX principles is a plus, especially in optimizing website navigation and user engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics to inform content strategy and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
