We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Operations to lead and optimize digital operations across the FOX News Media Digital team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration across departments, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, strategy, and digital content management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Leadership:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations across the Fox News Media Digital enterprise, implementing systems and processes that streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.

  • Lead efforts to automate, scale, and drive operational excellence, setting up strong processes and systems across digital platforms.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with digital leadership to identify and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

  • Provide ongoing strategic and tactical support to the digital leadership team on high-priority matters.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Liaise with various departments including but not limited to Digital Editorial, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, and Legal to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital projects.

  • Build strong relationships with content producers and other stakeholders to support content creation and distribution.

Project and Program Management:

  • Manage project assignments, timelines, and status updates for digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Oversee communication and implementation of best practices, methodologies, and tools across content teams.

  • Liaise with the Product team to represent Digital Editorial's key initiatives.

Team Development and Support:

  • Lead the operational onboarding plan for new team members, supporting their integration and use of digital tools and workflows.

  • Manage Digital's involvement with the FNM College Associate program and other talent development initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in operations, project management, business development, or finance, ideally with a focus on digital media.

  • Proven ability to think strategically and make innovative recommendations.

  • Very strong organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders of varying seniority.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with digital content management systems is a plus.

  • Passion for digital media and a desire to work in a creative, demanding, and competitive environment.

  • Experience in program management, product management, or digital advertising.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $106,000.00-150,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
