Description
The Sr. Product Manager - Special Projects position is a unique role on the Retail Product Management team, where you will work at the intersection of product development and project management. You will not only define the product strategy for your product lines, but also oversee the execution of team projects to ensure projects stay on track and produce successful outcomes. This position will report to the Director of Retail Product Management, and will lead strategies related to growing and maintaining consumer products portfolios such as Checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposit, Home Equity Loans and Line of Credit and Payment Solutions. Our product managers deliver best-in-class products and are responsible for the entire product life cycle, from ideation to launch, while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver results. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, project management expertise and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with key stakeholders to align product roadmaps with business goals, and ensure projects are tracked effectively and delivered on time. The successful candidate must:

Bachelors of Finance (required)
Bachelors of Accounting (required) Experience
Experience in developing and implementing a product roadmap (required)
Experience in working and leading cross-functionally with a wide breadth of stakeholders, including users, developers, business leaders and executives in order to generate buy-in for product direction (required) 5 years: Experience in product management or general project management in the Banking or Financial industry (required) Skills
