As the Client Success Implementation Lead (Telematics), you will work with the New Business Implementation (NBI) team, the Commercial team and vendors to onboard a new Telematics client on the program. This role influences clients' adoption and overall rollout of program which can impact retention and onboarding timelines. They are a Telematics Subject Matter Expert within the Telematics team sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the team's telematics expertise.

A Day in the Life

  • Facilitate client implementation for new telematics clients including platform setup, logistics planning and client training in partnership with the Client Success team. Ensure that appropriate resources from telematics vendor(s) are engaged.

  • Manage timeline closely and ensure billing occurs at the earliest point in relationship. Determine plan for installation and be the point person working with providers to provide updates to clients.

  • Lead and execute a client training strategy on how to use technology supporting both existing client education needs and new clients onboarding; develop tools to support training execution

  • Support in partnership with the Director, and Manager within the Telematics team, broad telematics expertise sharing and training deployment for internal teams on new and existing product offerings; elevate issues to providers or internal teams when they arise during implementations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business and / or related field preferred but not required

  • 8+ years relevant experience, including telematics experience, technology learning and development and/or client onboarding

  • 3+ years project management experience

  • Proven track record in managing client accounts and/or onboarding clients to new programs

  • Technology product experience

  • Training and facilitation experience

  • Proven track record in managing client accounts and/or onboarding clients to new programs

  • Strong presentation, communication and writing skills

  • Customer focused, high energy, self-starter

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as a team player

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

*Internally, this role will be referred to as Client Success Implementation Manager*

The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,500 - $103,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
