Requirements The Exercise Lane SUAS Support Team Manager (LSTM)/Operator will report directly to the OGT SUAS Exercise Support Manager. The LSTM will manage a team of 2-3 drone pilots and support all initial, mid, and final planning conferences, as well as participate in ADVON activities for the training rotations being supported. The LSTM will work closely with the OGT SUAS Exercise Support Manager to develop a concept of operations for supporting the training unit with SUAS support and working hand-in-hand with the exercise observer/controllers and lane managers to ensure that training metrics and after-action review requirements are met. Qualifications Clearance Required: Favorable Background Check only Certification Required: FAA Part 107 Type: Part-Time On-Call Execution Location: Yakima Training Center, WA Execution Dates: Planning 7-11 APR 2025; Execution - approx. 8 July - 27 Aug 2025 Pay: Rate will be discussed during interview process; travel will be covered or reimbursed.
