Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant. Our company offers excellent benefits, competitive wages, and the potential for growth opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages supervisor's calendar and independently schedules appointments.
- Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
- Processes commissions bi-weekly.
- Processes bill backs for month end close.
- Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitors compliance.
- Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
- Assists in reconciling Sales Department budgets; enters annual budget numbers into the system.
- Processes expense reports and check requests for Sales Department.
- Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings.
- Acts as custodian of corporate documents and records.
- Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
- Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies supervisor when requested.
Education and/or Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheet Internet software SAP and Diver.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid Driver License
- Automobile Insurance - 100/300/50 minimum limits of liability
