We are looking for an Associate, Acquisitions to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Associate, Acquisitions, you will be the point of contact for dealers and suppliers in support of assets processed. You will offer support during and through the process of new vehicle purchases from dealers. You will work with financial transactions associated with Upfit requests as well as all Heavy Truck, Medium Truck, Forklift, Trailer, and equipment orders in a timely manner on behalf of our clients.

A Day in the Life

  • Point of contact for stock upfit and non-standard assets, post purchase order
  • Receives payable documents from suppliers, internal stakeholders and clients, including sensitive financial details
  • Reviews and audits documents in preparation for payment
  • Manages workflow from invoice receipt through delivery and billing activation
  • Provide consultative input to dealers and suppliers regarding efficient payment methodology, invoice correction, and interaction with Element to complete and close transactions
  • Provides payment and status support in collaboration with Specialists for vehicles purchased from dealerships
  • Provides support related to inquiries where unusual documentation may be requested
  • Supports departmental initiatives for best acquisition policies

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Service experience with both internal and external stakeholders, written and spoken.
  • Experience with financial transactions within scope of an automotive or leasing industry is preferred
  • Proven problem-solving skills with an analytical and inquisitive approach
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Office product knowledge - moderate proficiency level

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
