Construction Accounting Associate, Days

The Construction Accounting Associate is responsible for the timely requisition of purchase orders and processing of invoices in accordance with Supply Chain and Accounts Payable processes and procedures. The Construction Accounting Associate provides input and support to construction project managers in the identification, tracking and resolution of issues and revisions related to purchase orders and approval of capital construction invoices. The Construction Accounting Associate assists leadership with construction Job Cost inquiries and resolves related process issues as appropriate.

Required:

• One year experience in construction job cost/ payment-application processing or similar experience

Desired:

• Healthcare/hospital construction job cost accounting process experience
• High School Diploma or GED
