Moultrie is currently looking for an Executive Assistant who is highly organized and proactive. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and senior leadership team on site in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. In addition to traditional executive support duties, this role will include responsibilities related to facilities management of Moultrie's Birmingham headquarters, ensuring a productive and well-maintained work environment.
