Staffmark is
looking for a talented Legal Secretary to join a respected organization in Dayton, OH. If you have proven administrative experience and are eager to advance your career, we want to hear from you! This temp-to-hire position offers the perfect opportunity to get your career moving.

Pay Rate: $18.89/hr

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree
  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in legal and accounts payable and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, professional, team-oriented environment



Responsibilities:



  • Answer phone calls and monitor emails
  • Manage and assign public records requests
  • Process and pay invoices related to legal fees and litigation expenses
  • Issue litigation hold memos
  • Perform data entry and office support tasks
  • Serve as the liaison between the office and the University's Worker's Comp servicer
