Department: Welding and Metal Fabrication

Approximate Hours per Week: 18

Wage: $15.97

Number of Openings: 1

Primary Duties:

1. Shear metal in preparation for upcoming classes as directed by faculty
2. Unload received supplies and materials
3. Perform equipment maintenance as directed
4. Daily cleanup of all lab spaces and classroom
5. Work all open houses (set-up, tours, tear-down)
6. Welding projects for other departments, building maintenance, etc.
7. Taking inventory of welding consumables and assisting faculty with purchase orders

1. Must be a first-year WELD or WMET student.
2. Must be work study eligible
