The role: You'll develop and execute the marketing strategy in collaboration with sales leadership to establish a plan to exceed pipeline targets. You'll roll-out inbound and outbound demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs across the North America region - including events, integrated digital campaigns, paid advertising programs, account-based marketing, lead nurturing, thru-partner campaigns, and customer advocacy activities.

What you'll do as the Field Marketing Manager:



  • Develop and execute the regional field marketing strategy in partnership with sales, channel, and alliance teams to support revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Create and manage multi-channel demand generation programs, including integrated campaigns, industry-specific initiatives, joint partner and alliance marketing, field events, and ABM.
  • Optimize and analyze marketing performance, tracking key metrics such as ROI, pipeline impact, and conversion rates to refine future strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to align on messaging, campaign execution, and strategies for increasing event participation, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with corporate go-to-market messaging to maintain consistency across all channels.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing activities are effectively supporting pipeline acceleration and sales enablement.
  • Oversee event execution and logistics, including venue selection, marketing invitations, staffing, and on-site coordination.
  • Manage vendor relationships supporting field marketing efforts, such as content syndication partners, designers, and fulfillment agencies.
  • Ensure seamless data management between CRM and marketing automation platforms to maintain data accuracy and optimize lead flow.
  • Gather insights from sales teams and prospects to refine marketing strategies and improve program effectiveness.


What you'll bring to the Field Marketing Role:



  • 5+ years experience in field or similar marketing role, cyber security experience preferred
  • Proven ability to plan and execute strategic campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships
  • Self motivated, proactive thinker
  • Strong team player, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Willing to travel (~20 - 30%)
  • SFDC, HubSpot knowledge a plus
