The Role: Recorded Future is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Field Marketing Manager to extend its leadership position in the Security Intelligence industry. In this role, you will drive pipeline growth and customer retention by designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns exclusively for our federal government accounts. You will integrate advanced digital and data-driven strategies with a deep understanding of federal procurement and compliance, ensuring high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with both technical and business audiences. What you'll do as Senior Field Marketing Manager, Public Sector:
- Integrate with the federal government sales, channel, and tech alliance teams, along with corporate marketing, to develop annual field marketing plans that support overall pipeline growth.
- Proactively engage with the federal sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, paid ads, product marketing, and other channels to effectively reach and engage the federal market.
- Plan, execute, and manage live field and partner events as part of the overall marketing mix, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to drive engagement and response rates.
- Develop and implement a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, assets, and signage for field marketing initiatives.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaign ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Manage budgets and expenses in an organized manner to maximize marketing impact.
- Communicate and educate the sales team on new and planned marketing activities across global, regional, and local programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years' marketing experience with a focus on field marketing initiatives for federal government organizations; experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, multi-channel marketing, and inbound marketing strategy/execution specifically for Federal programs
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and drive awareness and sales through strategic marketing programs.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to align tactical plans with overarching business strategies.
- Proficiency with key marketing and sales tools (including CRM and marketing automation platforms).
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25%-30% of the time.
